Initial Consultation – Free! We will come to your retail store, home office, or anywhere you do business, and perform an assessment on your current tech usage. Once we have seen your business, we can create a plan to help you make more money and work more efficiently. After this consultation you will know what we recommend, approximately what it will cost, and why that money will be a wise investment.
PC or Mac Clean Up -$199. If you machine is slow and full of virus or spyware problems, we can help. We’ll pick it up, fix it, and return it with anti-virus and anti-spyware software to help keep it clean. In many cases we will recommend inexpensive hardware improvements that can be made to your machine as well or migrate your data if a new machine is the most efficient solution. We will also provide some ways to prevent similar problems from popping up in the future.
Wifi Network Set Up – $149. For a single-router set up we can get up to five machines working on your network and even help you purchase a good router. A correctly set up network rarely needs tech support, but we’ll give you the numbers to call for free tech support and make sure that your employees have all the information they need to use and maintain the network.
Basic Web Site or Blog Package – $500. This price includes hosting for one year ($40 per year after the first year or free with an update package), domain purchase, site set up, search engine submission and optimization, style and theme choices, and a video on how to update and change your new site. 99% up time guaranteed!
